With the help of different methods (theoretical inputs, self-exploring and experience-oriented methods, audio-visual media, etc.) the change of perspective should be stimulated in order to gain a better understanding of other people's view of the world. There is a conscious confrontation with our prejudices and stereotypes in order to reflect our own position and our behavior in intercultural situations.
This forms the basis of developing new options for action in intercultural encounters, which enable the participants to actively help shape a respectful coexistence in a society characterized by diversity.
